Shipping and returns

1. Introduction

This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which Sweet & Bulk s.r.o., with its registered office at Nerudova 209/10, 118 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Identification Number (IČO): 11857382, VAT ID: CZ11857382, registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 355460 (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), delivers products purchased through the website www.nutripeak.me (the “Website”) and governs the conditions under which customers (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) may return or exchange purchased products (“Products”).

By placing an order with us, you expressly agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our Products throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other international destinations where legally permitted. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided during checkout are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

Within the European Union, typical delivery times are between two (2) and seven (7) business days from dispatch. For shipments outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and the United States, delivery times are typically between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days, subject to customs processing in the destination country. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received on non-business days are processed on the next available business day. The Company reserves the right to split shipments if certain items are temporarily unavailable, without additional shipping cost to the Customer.

Ownership of and risk in the Products passes to the Customer at the moment the Products are delivered to the shipping carrier. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in your jurisdiction are your sole responsibility and will not be covered or reimbursed by the Company.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing tracking details, where such service is available. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of their orders. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, we may charge additional costs for reshipment.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If Products arrive visibly damaged, you must notify us immediately at info@nutripeak.me and provide supporting photographic evidence within five (5) days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted. We will assess each claim individually and, if justified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund once the investigation process has been completed. We shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In addition to your statutory consumer rights under EU law, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within thirty (30) days of receiving the Products. To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@nutripeak.me within the 30-day period and follow the return instructions provided.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Opened or partially used Products cannot be returned, except in cases where the Products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect Product supplied by the Company. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. The Company will not accept liability for items lost in return transit.

7. Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned Products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, except where the return results from an error on our part.

In cases where Products were purchased using a promotional discount or coupon, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price. Where partial returns are made from an order with multiple items, only the returned items will be refunded.

8. Exchanges

Direct product exchanges are not offered. If you wish to replace a Product, you must return the original item in accordance with this Policy and place a new order through the Website.

9. Exceptions and Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Policy, including but not limited to items returned after the 30-day period, items not in their original packaging, or items that have been used or opened without valid justification. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for return under this Policy.

10. Amendments to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and purchase of Products following such publication shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
